Questions people ask
Why make a dark lecture deck light before printing?
A dark background asks the printer to cover much more of the sheet. A light print copy usually uses less ink or toner and is easier to annotate by hand.
Will coloured handwriting look the same?
Not always. Check pages with yellow highlights, coloured pens, photographs, or heat maps before printing a whole set. If one section does not look right, keep that page in its original mode.
Can I print several slides on one sheet?
Yes. After exporting, use your print dialog’s “pages per sheet” option. Two pages per sheet is a good starting point for readable widescreen slides; use four for compact revision notes.
Does my PDF get uploaded?
No. The tool reads and edits the file in your browser. Exported files are downloaded directly to your device.
Should I keep the original file?
Yes. Exported files are new copies, but keeping the original lets you revisit a different edit or recover from a mistake.
