PDF tools for everyday work

Prepare the PDF you actually need

PDF Stage is for the small adjustments that make a document easier to print, read, organise, or continue working on. It keeps the workflow simple: make a copy, check it, and export it when it is ready.

What it is for

Prepare a better print copy

Invert a dark handout, review the result, and export a light-background copy before you print.

Organise a working PDF

Reorder, rotate, crop, add pages, and place text or images without creating an account.

Add useful note space

Use blank, lined, dotted, or graph-paper pages where a handout needs room for your own work.

Work locally

Selected document operations run in your browser. Download finished files so you have a copy outside the workspace.

Questions people ask

Are my PDFs uploaded for editing?

No. PDF Stage works with the file in your browser. You choose when and where to download an exported copy.

Can I change a PDF someone else created?

You can add content, adjust page order, crop the visible area, and make a new copy. Editing the original author’s text is not the goal of this tool.

What should I do before clearing browser data?

Export any document you want to keep. Clearing site data or using a private-browsing session can remove local drafts.
